How does your service stand out from others?
ANSWER:
1. No hidden costs or fees.
2. No inflation of parts costs. What I pay, you pay the same.
3. I stick to my bidding price and never deviate.
4. I guarantee my work. I am very thorough from beginning to finish. But, should a problem arise after I leave, I will always come back if you notify me. Customer service is my #1 priority, so its my intent to make sure you are happy.

What do you enjoy about the work you do?
ANSWER:
Every day is different. New work, new customers and each one is unique. I work well with people from all walks of life; that makes it interesting.
QUESTION:
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
ANSWER:
Most important, I listen carefully as to what exactly the customer's needs are. Second, I give a quote and do not deviate from that price afterwards. I have no hidden costs or fees and I do not jack up the parts price.
QUESTION:
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ANSWER:
I am a journeyman plumber with over 20 years experience in all phases of plumbing including irrigation and water treatment.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
ANSWER:
I generally charge $50 an hour. However, when I bid a job it's at a fixed price. Even if the job should take longer, there will be no extra charges.
QUESTION:
How did you get started in this business?
ANSWER:
It's sad, but any more plumbing companies train their people to be salesmen first, plumbing comes second. Most of them act like used car salesmen instead of plumbers. Since this totally goes against my grain, I decided to go on my own and continue the old school way (the customer comes first!).

I work with people from all walks of life; but mostly home owners.

My family and I had the most incredible experience when we chose to hire Norman! We hired him to install an igniter kit on our natural gas water heater, he came out within an hour of our call and his quote to do the job was more than reasonable! Unknown to us, our water heater manufacturer sent us the wrong kit, and Norman stayed for hours to try and get our family hot water! We had to contact Rheem to acquire the correct part! Norman came out once again to install the new part within the hour and had our water heater working properly in no time at all. He even gave us a break on the installation fee! I would recommend him to all my friends and family, and anyone needing a plumber for any reason! He will be our 1st call and only choice to do all our plumbing needs!!!
